It took a few tries to get everything right, even with their guides. Overall good value for what it offers, but that part could be clearer.

Comprehensive platform, good support

I purchased the full Practice Management Software package a few months ago for my multi-location clinic. The ordering process was clear, and I appreciated the demo beforehand. Delivery, or rather, activation, was instant. The Clinical Charting and Superbill Generation tools are robust and customizable, which was a big plus for our varied needs. We did have an issue with some specific ICD-10 Coding at one point, and contacting support through their online chat was surprisingly quick and helpful; they resolved it within the hour. The mobile app for practitioners is also very handy when I'm not at my desk. It's a solid system, though sometimes the financial reporting takes a minute to load all the data. Definitely helps keep our practice organized.
